A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Melbourne with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Culinary Management (2011), Irmadini Ruby Soekamto began her career as an apprentice in a fine-dining restaurant in Melbourne for three years. Returning to Jakarta, she spent seven years in Public Relations & Marketing Communication roles at prestigious establishments including The Ritz-Carlton under Marriott International and Shangri-La Hotel.


Prior to becoming a Technical Advisor at Ann's Bakehouse & Creamery, Irma joined PT Berawal Dari Kue as a Managing Partner, where she focused on Production and Innovation. Her key areas of expertise include strategically managing product costs and enhancing production efficiency, ensuring consistent quality and recipe integrity from small-scale to mass production, and skillfully recreating and revamping classic recipes to resonate with a wider audience.
